Counselor App: We collect name, mobile number, email (optional), gender, age, profile image (optional), bank account details (optional), device information, earnings, coins, and payout history.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and operate our apps, enable wallet recharge and coin purchases, connect customers with counselors through chat, voice, and video, manage counselor earnings and payouts, improve app experience, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements including KYC/AML checks.
Payment Information
For wallet recharges and online payments, we use third-party payment gateways such as Cashfree Payments, PayU India, or others. These gateways may collect your name, email, mobile number, transaction amount, and payment method details. We do not store or access your full card details, UPI PIN, or bank login information.
