Customer app: Settings → Delete my account.
Counselor app: Settings → Delete my account.
Deletion signs you out and permanently removes your personal data: name, email, phone, Google sign-in, profile photo, bio, gender, date of birth, city and follows. For counselors it also removes gallery photos, bank account, PAN, UPI ID and UPI QR. Coin purchase, wallet and session records are kept without your identity for accounting and legal reasons. Remaining coins are lost. You can sign in again later with the same Gmail; that creates a new account.
