Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the DatelyMate Consult and DatelyMate Counselor apps and the website, operated by Affinity Talk. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Account. You sign in with Google. You must be 18 or older. Keep your account under your control.
2. Coins. You buy coins in the app. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Coin packs and their prices are shown in the app before you pay. Coins are credited to your wallet as soon as the payment succeeds.
3. Sessions. Starting a chat, voice call, or video call allows billing at the counselor's per-minute coin rate shown before you start. Ending the session stops further charges after the current billed minute.
4. Live. Watching a live session is free. A private call requested from a live is billed like any other call.
5. Refunds. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy at datelymate.com/refund-policy.
6. Conduct. Do not harass others, share illegal or sexual content, or record a session without consent. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Service. Counselors set their own online status. Affinity Talk does not guarantee a session outcome or response time. This is a paid consultation service, not a dating service, and not a substitute for medical, legal, or emergency help.
8. Counselors. The counselor app is for taking paid sessions. Counselors keep a profile and use the rates set by Affinity Talk. Bank account and PAN details are used only for payouts.
